Instructing us
We regularly act as Korean counsel for law firms abroad, and we instruct foreign counsel when a Korean client’s case reaches another country.
For a foreign lawyer instructing us, please send a short summary of the matter, the parties’ nationalities and places of residence, and the assets or children involved. We will reply with an initial view and, where appropriate, a fee estimate.
