About Yoon-yong Cho
Ms. Cho heads Shinsegaelaw’s inheritance practice and is registered with the Korean Bar Association as a specialist in both family law and inheritance law. Her practice focuses on inheritance disputes, property division, and family law matters involving substantial assets, with particular attention to tax and financial issues that may affect the division or succession of property.
She graduated from Seoul National University and Ewha Law School and later completed coursework at the Graduate School of Science in Taxation at the University of Seoul. She has also completed advanced training in family law and taxation through the Korean Bar Association and the Seoul Bar Association and is a member of the Korean Family Law Association.
