About Jun-heon Lee
Mr. Lee serves as head of Shinsegaelaw’s Provisional Remedies and Preliminary Dispositions Team and focuses his practice on divorce, inheritance, and family law litigation. He handles matters requiring prompt preservation of assets and interim legal measures, including provisional attachment, injunctions, and preliminary dispositions arising in the course of family proceedings.
He studied law at Konkuk University and subsequently graduated from Konkuk University Law School. His practice emphasizes careful review of the client’s circumstances and the procedural measures necessary to protect legal and property interests before and during litigation. He is also a member of the Korean Family Law Association.
