About Myeong-in Lee
Ms. Lee serves as head of Shinsegaelaw’s criminal practice and handles both family law matters and criminal cases arising from domestic and family disputes. Her practice includes cases involving domestic violence, evidentiary issues, and criminal allegations that arise in the course of divorce and other family proceedings.
Before joining Shinsegaelaw, she worked at the Statutory Interpretation Bureau of the Ministry of Government Legislation, where she gained experience in the interpretation and application of statutes and regulations. She graduated from Ajou University Law School after studying law at Sookmyung Women’s University and is a member of the Korean Family Law Association.
