About Su-jin Kim
Ms. Kim oversees Shinsegaelaw’s Incheon office and focuses her practice on divorce, family law, and inheritance matters. Before joining the firm, she served as court-appointed counsel before the Supreme Court of Korea, the Seoul Southern District Court, and the Seoul Northern District Court, and also worked with the Korea Legal Aid Corporation. Her litigation experience includes disputes requiring detailed examination of documentary evidence, financial records, and contested factual circumstances.
Her practice places particular emphasis on identifying and substantiating facts that may materially affect the outcome of a case, including disputes involving concealed assets, contributions to marital property, and conflicting documentary records. She graduated with honors from Yeungnam University Law School, where she received the Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Award, and previously studied law at Pusan National University.
