Ms. Bae graduated from Seoul National University (economics) and Ewha Womans University Law School.
Before joining the firm she was in-house counsel at Sandbox Network, a media company, handling contracts, intellectual property and dispute response, and previously worked at the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit on sanctions review and administrative litigation.
