About Do-hyun Kwak
Ms. Kwak joined Shinsegaelaw after eight years as a credit and project-finance officer at the Export-Import Bank of Korea, where she led multi-party negotiations including the restructuring of the Ambatovy project financing and worked on cross-border acquisition finance.
She holds a degree in global business (finance) from Sungkyunkwan University, studied finance at Indiana University, and graduated from Konkuk University Law School.
She holds CFA Level 1.
