About Ji-yeon Kim
Ms. Kim focuses her practice on divorce and family law litigation at Shinsegaelaw. Before entering legal practice, she served as an officer in the Republic of Korea Army, an experience that continues to inform her disciplined approach to litigation and case management, particularly in family disputes involving prolonged conflict and complex factual circumstances.
She graduated from the Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy and later received her legal education at Chungnam National University Law School. Her practice involves close review of the factual record and the development of litigation strategies tailored to the circumstances of each family law dispute.
