About Na-Yong Lee
Ms. Lee focuses her practice on divorce, inheritance, and other family law matters at Shinsegaelaw. Her experience across family, civil, and criminal proceedings allows her to address disputes in which multiple legal issues arise from the same set of facts. She has also successfully obtained an order for prosecution through an application for adjudication following a non-prosecution decision.
Her practice emphasizes close examination of procedural history, evidentiary records, and the relationship between parallel legal proceedings. Before entering private practice, she completed practical training at the Constitutional Research Institute of the Constitutional Court of Korea. She graduated with honors from the College of Law at Sookmyung Women’s University and subsequently completed her graduate legal education.
